Terms & Conditions — 9999t Platform Rules

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

By registering an Account on 9999t, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied and remain satisfied throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person, at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your Account remains active.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, for personal recreational purposes, and not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, agent, or immediate family member of a current employee or contractor of 9999t or any of its licensed game-supply partners.
• You are not registering or operating an Account in any jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services of this nature is explicitly prohibited by the laws of that jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account permanently closed by 9999t for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• All information you provide during registration and throughout the lifetime of your Account is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

9999t reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension pending review.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on 9999t. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or joint Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• Date of birth (used to verify the 21+ age requirement).
• A valid and active email address that you own and control.
• A valid Indonesian mobile phone number for two-factor authentication and account security purposes.
• Your preferred bank account or e-wallet details (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) for withdrawal processing.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 9999t will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and upon reaching specified deposit thresholds, 9999t requires Players to complete identity verification (KYC). Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or SIM. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe will result in withdrawal processing being placed on hold until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on 9999t are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). 9999t does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. The following payment methods are currently supported:

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account Wallet in real time upon confirmed receipt of funds by our payment processing system. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. 9999t does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your current Real Money Funds balance. Bonus Funds that have not satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement cannot be withdrawn.
• 9999t targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for standard requests. During periods of high volume or when additional security review is required, processing may take up to twenty-four (24) hours.
• 9999t reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50.000.000 (fifty million Rupiah) within any seven-day rolling period.
• Withdrawals will only be credited to accounts held in the same name as the registered 9999t Account. Third-party payment is not permitted under any circumstances.

9999t offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural occasions such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Chinese New Year (Imlek). All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any bonus-specific terms communicated at the point of offer:

• One Bonus Per Player: Each promotional offer may be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, the specific multiplier for which is stated in the individual promotion's terms. The default wagering requirement across 9999t promotions is 25x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity window stated for each promotion.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) typically contribute 10% of bet value. Slots contribute 100%. Crash games and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets contribute 50%. • Maximum Bet While Bonus Is Active: While Bonus Funds remain in your Wallet and have not yet satisfied the wagering requirement, the maximum permitted single bet across all game types is Rp 500.000. Bets placed above this threshold while a bonus is active may be voided at 9999t's discretion.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unutilised Bonus Funds will automatically expire and be removed from your Wallet at the end of the stated validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• 9999t's Right to Modify or Withdraw: 9999t reserves the right to modify the terms of any active promotion, withdraw a promotional offer, or decline to award a bonus where there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other activity deemed contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

All games available on 9999t — including but not limited to live casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Blackjack, Sic Bo), slot gacor (high-payout slot) titles, crash games (Aviator), sportsbook markets, and togel draws — are supplied by internationally certified third-party game providers. Each provider holds independent certification from an accredited testing laboratory confirming the accuracy of published Return to Player (RTP) percentages and the integrity of the Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealing systems used in their products.

9999t does not modify or interfere with game logic, RNG outputs, or live dealer procedures. The results of all games are final once confirmed by the game system. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including server disconnection, software error, or incomplete game state — 9999t will apply the following resolution policy:

• If the malfunction occurs before a bet is placed and confirmed: the bet is voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Wallet.
• If the malfunction occurs after a bet is confirmed but before a result is determined: the round is voided and the stake returned, except where the game provider's own technical records can confirm the outcome beyond reasonable doubt.
• If the malfunction occurs after a result has been determined and recorded: the result stands.

For sportsbook wagers, all markets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and competition. In-play bet settlement follows the official result confirmed by the governing body of the competition (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1, UEFA for the Champions League, FIFA for international fixtures, BWF for badminton events). Settlement timescales vary by event and are indicative only.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 9999t and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to appropriate legal authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or allowing a third party to operate an Account on your behalf.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI agents, or any other non-human means to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, coordinated play to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or incorrectly quoted odds that are manifestly out of line with fair market prices. Any winnings derived from manifest errors will be voided.
• Match fixing, insider betting, or placing wagers based on material non-public information relating to a sporting event's outcome.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software, data, or security infrastructure operated by 9999t.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 9999t staff, support agents, or other Players through any communication channel.

All content on the 9999t Platform — including but not limited to the 9999t brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, graphics, text, software code, database architecture, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 9999t or is used under licence from its respective owners. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without express written permission from 9999t.
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content.
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the Platform for any commercial purpose.
• Using the 9999t brand name, logo, or any confusingly similar mark in any domain name, social media handle, marketing material, or third-party product without written authorisation.

9999t collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at 9999t.net/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Key data handling principles applied by 9999t include:

• Purpose Limitation: Personal data is collected only for the purposes of Account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and where you have opted in, promotional communications.
• Data Security: All data in transit is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Stored data is encrypted at rest and access is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.
• Retention: Account data is retained for the lifetime of the Account and for a period of five (5) years following Account closure, in compliance with internationally recognised financial record-keeping standards.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9999t shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether or not 9999t has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, Force Majeure events, or actions taken by third-party service providers.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that does not constitute professional financial, legal, or gambling-harm advice.
• Any technical malfunction — including but not limited to disconnection, server error, or device failure — occurring during a game round, subject to the malfunction resolution policy set out in Clause 6.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 9999t's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination by the Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting 9999t support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real Money Funds remaining in your Wallet at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Suspension or Termination by 9999t: 9999t reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• A Player's self-exclusion request under our Responsible Gaming policy.
• Receipt of a legally binding order from a regulatory, judicial, or law enforcement authority.
• Any other circumstance in which continued operation of the Account would expose 9999t, its partners, or other Players to material risk or regulatory liability.

In the event of Account termination for cause, 9999t reserves the right to withhold Real Money Funds pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any withheld Real Money Funds will be returned. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon termination for cause in all circumstances.

9999t is operated by an internationally incorporated entity holding gaming licences issued by recognised international regulatory authorities. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 9999t holds its primary gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and 9999t, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through 9999t's internal dispute resolution process, initiated by contacting [email protected] with a written description of the dispute. 9999t will respond to all dispute submissions within five (5) business days. If internal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may escalate the dispute to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.

Players accessing the Platform from Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling regulations in Indonesia are subject to ongoing legal development. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their own compliance with any applicable local laws, regulations, or restrictions in effect in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of play.

9999t reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be accessible at https://9999t.net/terms-conditions and will display the "Last Updated" date at the top of the document.

For material amendments — defined as changes that meaningfully affect Player rights, withdrawal conditions, or bonus terms — 9999t will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to the registered email address on file for each active Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment's effective date, at which point any Real Money Funds balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
